    I assume the 1200ft of frontage is just 1 side of the river??

    How far is the property from the pc that Nick and John Plott looked at the Marlin and a group bought last year.

    I am hoping to be up on April 26th and would like to look at this and the other pc with the farm house

    • The 23.41 acre tract has 1200+ft on one side of river. The piece with the farmhouse has approximately 300ft on both sides. Look to see you around the area the weekend of April 26th. Dale
